Exercise is very important to keep our consumers fit and healthy. Alternative Support offers a variety of activities to ensure our consumers stay active. Scheduled activities include: visiting a local recreational center, a trip to the bowling alley, playing basketball, volleyball, soccer, walking and many more. Our consumers also participate in discussions about sportsmanship and working as a team. Indoor exercise will be offered when the weather is not permitting.
